HCFC

Hamilton-Clark can provide you with independent advice and guidance on the best/most cost effective solutions for all your refrigeration systems affected by changes in legislation surrounding HCFC’s.  Acting now can minimise the effect of the costs incurred by  legislation, by implementing controlled, phased replacements/conversions.

Virgin HCFCs, including the popular refrigerant R22, are in the process of being phased out.  It is now illegal to build new systems operating on these gasses and in 2009 it became illegal to introduce new replacement gas into an existing system under European law.  Reclaimed HCFCs will still be permitted until 2015 when an all out ban will come into force.  (The 2015 deadline may yet be brought forward).

There are many options available to end users and Hamilton-Clark are well positioned to provide quality and independent advice on the best way forward.
